“Right now, Newberry, Wingate, and Presbyterian have offered me a scholarship and I am getting some interest from Clemson, South Carolina, and East Carolina,” said >a href=http://recruiting.scout.com/a.z?s=73&p=8&c=1&nid=4696290>Tamyn Garrick.
Garrick is happy about the options that he has, but he is hoping to add more.
“I know the schools that have not offered me yet are watching me (Clemson was at his game two weeks ago) and still evaluating me, so I am just being patient. I would like to pick up some more offers, so I am just going to keep working hard, playing hard, and doing whatever I can to help the team.”
The 6-foot-3, 205 pound signal caller grew up with a childhood favorite in South Carolina, but he would look at any offer that came his way.
“I have been to a lot of South Carolina home games over the years and I have been a fan of theirs for a long time. I would not say that gives them a real advantage or anything though because I want to find the best school for me. I would love an offer from them and any other school right now.”
Garrick is a winner (state champion in 2009), he has a strong arm, and he is a leader.
