One of the top longsnappers in the East has made his college choice.
Hills West (N.Y.) snapper Michael Crispi has committed to Elon, according to longsnapper coach Chris Rubio.
"Mike was offered from Elon and he committed," said Rubio.
Rubio commented on Crispi.
"Crispi looks solid with his form. He needs to focus on the quickness of his hands, leaning back and blocking. The ball can be timed slow due to his hands taking some time to get going. Once it gets going, it is right on target and tight, but it takes some time to release. Once he gets the quickness of his release down, he will be terrific. He's a hard worker and I know it will get done."
