The Tornadoes of Philadelphia are 11-0 and district champs. The Cougars of NW Rankin are currently tied a top their regional standings after an upset win over Madison Central on Friday night. Both programs have some talented prospects to consider and one would be hard pressed to find a better 3A team than the one in Philly.
