Florida RB ready for first visit
Tre Mason talked about his senior season. "It has been going really good. I had 1500 yards and 23 touchdowns. This next game coming up will be our last game. We are not going to the playoffs. I didn't get to play the second half because of my coach, he didn't want me to get hurt." Mason, 5-foot-9 and 175 pounds, talked about the latest with recruiting. "I am taking my official this weekend to Auburn and then December 4th to West Virginia," he said. The standout running back, who claims a 2.7 GPA and an 830 SAT score, talked about what he likes about each of the top schools on his list. "Auburn produces great running backs and they are doing so well right now. I am pretty sure they are number two in the nation right now. They have a great offense and I am an offensive player. I would like to be a part of that." "Ole Miss has a great coaching staff. They are a young team but they can be something special." "West Virginia, one of my coaches went there and told me great things about them." "Michigan, I have a couple friends that go there." Mason, who claims no single leader right now, talked about what he's looking for in a school. "I am looking for a good relationship with my coaches and a great opportunity to play as a true freshman."
