Scout.com live evaluation: We came to scout the National 100 member Channing Ward but left with Justin Lucas on our mind. This kid is just a hard nosed sure tackler who loves to make the big lick.

Justin made his presence known immediately when he hit Winona's quarterback so hard that it knocked his helmet off in the first quarter. Lucas is thick and strong but also moves really well.

Lucas projects at the middle linebacker slot on the next level and will be one to watch over the next couple of seasons.
