South Panola's program churns out D1 prospects year in and year out and this season is no different for the nation's number one ranked team. To find out the latest from one of their star receivers, click below.

South Panola is preparing for it's ninth state championship in the last ten years in the state of Mississippi. One of their key players in their offense, Marcus Henry, has been a consistent performer for the Tigers this season.

"I have 500 and something yards and 8 TD's of offense this season. I have worked on my routes a lot and my hands have gotten better. It has been a good year for me."

Those stats might not jump out at you but considering the Tiger's offense is run heavy, plus having to share the ball with Army All-American Nickolas Brassell at the receiver position, it is very respectable.

"I don't complain about all of that stuff. When they decide to throw it my way or want me to make a play with my legs, I just do my best. I do not get into that stat stuff too much. I just want to win football games."

That type of attitude, plus his God given athletic abilities, is what earned him his first scholarship offer recently.

"Coach (Jay) Hopson (at Memphis) offered me before the (Thanksgiving) holidays. He is supposed to come by the house tonight and line up my (official) visit. Them and Ole Miss are the two schools who are talking to me the most."
