Offensive Player of the Year: Andrew Luck, Stanford

A Finalist for the Heisman Trophy award, Luck finished his junior season with 3051 yards passing with 28 touchdowns to just 7 interceptions while leading his team to a number four ranking in the BCS standings.

Defensive Player of the Year: Stephen Paea, Oregon State

Paea finished his senior season with 45 tackles, with 20 of them for solo stops, and six sacks. Paea also holds all of Oregon State's defensive tackle records in the weightroom.

Freshman Player of the Year: Robert Woods, USC

Woods finished his true freshman year with 65 catches for 792 yards, both of which were team highs, and six touchdowns. Woods also received national acclaim after his performance against Stanford in which he tallied twelve catches for 224 yards and three touchdowns.
