Lindemann Surprised With Moscow
The University of Idaho has plucked a few kids out of Arizona over the years, with Taylor Davis, Ron Mallory, Vincent Keener and Guy Reynolds, all on the Vandals' roster. They have a few targets from this year's class still on the radar, Hamilton's Cedric Parker already visited, and Scottsdale Saguaro's Jon Lindemann made the trip this past weekend. The 6-4 210 pounder walked away pleasantly surprised. "Going in, I thought Moscow would be a boring place but the players seem to be having a blast," he says.Former Anthem Boulder Creek QB Taylor Davis was his host. Some of the positives of the visit, "I really liked how close knit the team and the student body were. Everybody hangs out with everybody. I really liked the school, great facilites, engineering program, I like their defensive scheme as well as the coaches."Lindemann, fresh off a 4A1 state title, has additional offers from Air Force, New Mexico State and UNLV and plans to visit Air Force the second weekend of January."I can definitely see myself as a Vandal but I won't know where I am committing to until at least after the Air Force visit," Lindemann says.Stay tuned with Scout.com for more on Lindemann's recruitment.
