Connecticut offered Andrew Adams recently and he took the Huskies up on their offer.

Andrew Adams has committed to Connecticut Thursday afternoon and he sent this message to Scout talking about his decision.

"I chose UConn because their program is steady going uphill, obviously they made it to a BCS bowl. Going to a BCS bowl must mean your doing something right as well as winning the Big East. They have good quality coaches that not only coach you like a coach should but also treat you like family. The team had a unique close bond that made the team feel like brothers. The facilities and the academics of the school are also top notch. This oppurtunity was just impossible to pass up. I just tell everyone going through recruiting to stay humble and keep your head up."
