Nate Dreslinski visited Air Force over the weekend and gave a commitment to the Falcons' coaching staff before he left.
The 6'3, 235-lb tight end from Clinton High (Clinton, MI) has the potential to be a big time steal for the Falcons. Not only does have great hands and ball skills, but he's a tough blocker and a great student in the classroom. In fact, that academic side had much to do with this decision.
"It's a dream come true," he said. "The best part is, they play for grad school."
Clearly a young man who is looking at his future, Dreslinski says he also made sure to find out how he will be used in the Falcon offense.
"They ran the triple option, flexed tight ends. A lot of flexed passing too. I'm excited."
Dreslinksi also cited the facilities as something that drew him there. He had other offers from several Division II schools in the GLIAC, including Grand Valley State, Hillsdale, Saginaw Valley State, and others.
