Spartans Land In-State Pair

San Jose State picks up verbals from Central California and Inland Empire standouts...

San Jose State had a good weekend of visitors, landing a pair of commits, both from in-state.

Christian Hill, a defensive end from Fresno (Calif.) Sanger, chose the Spartans, according to his father Kyle.

In addition, they went down into the Inland Empire to pick up a verbal from Colton (Calif.) running back Tyler Ervin, according to Colton recruiting coordinator B.J. Bray.

Brandon is in his sixth year with Scout.com, currently as the West Regional Manager. Prior to joining Scout, he spent three years as an o-line and tight ends coach in the high school ranks.
