QB enjoyed Miami visit
Kevin Sousa is a Wake Forest commitment but he took an official visit to Miami this weekend. "It went good, I enjoyed it," Sousa said. "I was hanging out with the players and coaches, got a chance to watch film with them. It was good." One thing Sousa was able to do was spend some time with new Miami offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch. "I like Coach Fisch," he said. "He's real funny and an outstanding person. I talked to him in his office for awhile." Sousa, 6-4 and 230, is one of a few quarterback prospects being recruited by Miami's new staff. "They're saying they wanna take two and believe I'd be a good fit," he said. "They're still waiting before taking any commitments." Sousa, who said he roomed with linebacker Gionni Paul, has one more visit left. "I'm still committed to Wake Forest but now I have more to think about," he said. "I'm taking an unofficial to USF next weekend. It's between those three." The standout QB prospect says he expects in-home visits from Miami (Fisch - Wednesday) and Wake Forest.
