Tide lands kicker for 2012

Adam Griffith, kicker from Calhoun, Ga., gave his commitment the University of Alabama while in town for Junior Day. The Tide continues to add to their solid 2012 class.

Scout.com has confirmed Adam Griffith committed to Alabama today during an unofficial visit in Tuscaloosa.

Griffith is expected to rank as one of the top kickers in the country for the 2012 class. He is commitment No. 6 for Alabama and the second player from the Peach State joining National 100 defensive tackle Dakota Ball.
