Fenton Readies for Junior Day
Travonte Fenton profile "I am getting letters from Nebraska, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Florida State and Southern Miss," said Fenton. "I am going to Mississippi State for their junior day in March. "This will be my first time going up there." College recruiters have not discussed a projected position with Travonte, but he is open to just about anything. "I am really starting to like playing DB," said Fenton. "It doesn't really matter though. I have played receiver, running back, safety and corner. I just like making plays." For Travonte the recruiting process will be more about evaluating the people recruiting him rather than just the programs they represent. "I want to be a around good people with a positive attitude and a good spirit," said Fenton. "I want to have the chance to get my degree, so I can bring something back to my mama and get a good job. "I am looking to get early playing time, but mainly I want to see how the players attitudes are about everything. "That all means a lot to me. I want to be around people of character who have good attitudes."
