"I called Georgia Tech
and I committed to Coach [Paul] Johnson," Junior Gnonkonde
told Scout on Friday. "I felt Georgia Tech was a great fit for me and I know I will study well there. I am excited about my decision."
Gnonkonde is a 6-foot-5, 211 pound athlete that will likely play outside linebacker in Georgia Tech's 3-4 defense under Al Groh. He has only been playing football for a couple of years after moving to the United States from Africa.
Stay tuned to Scout for more on this breaking story.
Junior Gnonkonde is still new to the game of football, but he has a lot of potential. He had an offer and he committed to that school on Friday.
