Jacob Ingle collects first

Jacob Ingle, an offensive guard out of Burlington, N.C. has been making the rounds at junior day visits and camps, gaining attention from a number of schools both in-state and otherwise. He has received his first scholarship offer.

The 6-2, 285-pound athlete was offered to play for Elon, not only in-state but within his own hometown.

"Feels really good about the offer," said Jacob Ingle. "Elon is literally a mile away from my house."

The prospect has officially broken onto the scene and will now wait to hear from other schools close to home like Wake Forest, NC State and Duke.
