Lake Zurich's Jack Lynn had a good junior season, making 58 tackles and recording four sacks. Now the 6'3, 210-lb linebacker is hoping he can earn some offers.
A big part of that is training at Core 6 in Deerfield, a facility that many of the top athletes in the area are flocking to.
This is all in preparation for the fall season, but also for summer camps, as Lynn looks to catch the eye of some schools.
"I'm hearing from Wyoming, Illinois, Western Michigan, Bowling Green, Michigan State a little, and Michigan," he said.
So far Lynn has been able to take a few visits and got some feedback along the way.
"I've been to Bowling Green and Western Michigan. That's about it. Bowling Green wanted me back for camp. Wyoming said they'd offer me if I'm 6'4, 215."
Then there are some Big Ten schools that Lynn is going to camp with this summer.
"Purdue, Illinois, Michigan, that's the three main ones I'm going to camps with right now. Paul told me that Illinois is interested in me. I have to run under 4.8 forty and they'll offer me. Michigan, the coach sent me something and said they wanted to see me at camp."
As a junior, Lynn was an All-Area selection and 1st team All-Confernce.
