In our eyes, West Catholic High School running back David Williams has as much potential as any tailback to come out of Philadelphia in the past five years and we have his sophomore highlights inside for our fans. Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and Temple are among schools showing early interest.

David Williams, a 6-foot, 180-pound running back from Philadelphia, Pa., shared the ball with many others last year for the West Catholic Burrs en route to a State Championship, but still managed nearly 1,000 yards and 17 touchdowns. Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and Temple are already on him and we have his season highlights below for our readers.

As a sophomore, Williams carried the ball 100 times for 924 yards and 17 touchdowns.
