Zerrie Patterson has ideal size (6-3/320), strength, and explosiveness to become a very good offensive guard at the college level. He took home OL MVP honors at the 1on1 SHOWCASE Camp in Orlando over the weekend.
"My performance and experience was great. I had coaches giving me one-on-one instruction, showing me tips I need to work on. It was a real good atmosphere."
Patterson is still waiting on his first offer but with performances like the one he turned in over the weekend, it probably won't be too long before that happens.
"I don't have any offers yet. It doesn't matter, I'm just trying to find a school I can find to help them."
The standout lineman talked about what will be important to him.
"I'm gonna look for academics and make sure the college I go to has the right career for me."
So what makes Patterson one of the best O-Line prospects in all of Florida?
"They say offensive linemen aren't mean but I'm nasty and that makes me the best.
