Florida WR has several offers
"I'm still in track right now. I messed my hamstring up, still working on that. I should be ready for spring football," said DeAndre Jasper. " I haven't gotten any new offers lately." Jasper, 5-9 and 180, talked more about recruiting. "The head coach from FIU wants me to come down for an unofficial visit. I have the same offers as before. I'm still trying to figure out which ones I like most. I still favor all of them." So what's he looking for in a school? "I'm looking for a school that's a family and a place my mom feels comfortable with where I'm at." Jasper claims offers from Arizona State, Auburn, FSU, Ole Miss, Rutgers, USF, UCF, and Virginia. As a prospect: At 5-foot-9 and 190 pounds, Jasper emerged as one of the area's top wide receivers in 2010. Playing in the slot, he has excellent short-area quickness and can be very physical coming off the line, especially for someone his size. He's aggressive when the ball's in the air and finds ways to make big plays when his team needs it the most. He'll be one of the top wide receiver prospects in south Florida for 2012 and already claims offers from FSU and UCF. His dream school is Florida.
