Plymouth High offensive tackle Robert Riche has three FBS offers, Army, Toledo, and Central Michigan, and the 6'6, 265-lb junior is hoping to add Michigan State to that list.
Riche attended the Spartan spring game over the weekend, and came away impressed.
"I love it there!" he said afterwards.
He also had a chance to find out where he stands with Michigan State, and got some positive feedback.
"They said they will definitely keep in contact with me and they like what they see. They never said the camp speech."
Riche has been to a few Spartan practices and is also hearing from other Big Ten schools like Northwestern, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and others. He is also hearing from other BCS schools like Syracuse and Cincinnati.
This summer will be important, as he potentially will add more offers, and he hopes the Spartans will be in that group.
"Hopefully I get an offer. I've always wanted to play Big Ten, and their offensive line coach is impressive. Coach Staten."
