Reggie Turner is a standout OL prospect from Osceola HS…
Florida OL names leader
"It's going pretty alright. Spring is good. A lot of college scouts are stopping by. We got Lake Gibson," said Reggie Turner, Turner talked about the latest on the recruiting front. "No offers yet but UCF, FAU, Maryland, FIU, those are the big schools who are showing interest and have been stopping by." Two schools, and one in particular, jump out to Turner right now. "I like UCF first and Maryland because I've talked to their coaches and after that FAU and Indiana. UCF, I really like their coaching staff and went and saw their facilities and was pretty impressed." The standout OL prospect talked about what he's looking for in a school. "I'm taking college classes now so a big factor will be whether my credits transfer. I know all my credits will transfer to UCF. Plus, it's right down the street so that helps UCF." As a prospect: Turner started his entire junior season and emerged as one of the top linemen in the area. At 6-foot-3 and 300 pounds, Turner projects as a guard at the college level. He's a solid athlete with a big frame and he's also a good student in the classroom. Those are just a few reasons why he's a legit Division 1 prospect. Expect him to land some offers before or during the spring evaluation period coming up soon.
