Level 40 - Maika Polamalu

Scout.com was on scene with strength and conditioning expert Greg Garrett and Level 40 Training on Monday evening to watch him help prepare some of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s top athletes and got the chance to sit down and talk with Navy bound Maika Polamalu.

Maika Polamalu has always been a player whom we’ve looked at and thought his best days as a football player were ahead of him as he’s never seemed to have fully gotten his coordination down. He has been working diligently with Greg Garrett who has helped produced top Philadelphia athletes like Sharrif Floyd in the past and watching Polamalu in drills on Monday, his feet were lightning quick and he looked infinitely better than we’ve ever seen him athletically. While we had the opportunity, we also talked to him about how excited he is to get down to Navy.
