Waters Gets Navy Offer

Philadelphia, Pa., native T.J. Waters had been talking to Navy for some time and after he recently sent in some updated highlight film to the Midshipmen, they immediately turned around with a scholarship offer for him.

“I got my first verbal offer from Navy today,” T.J. Waters said in a text message to Scout.com.
