Blackburn Has Two

Detroit Crockett (Mich.) quarterback Brian Blackburn recaps how this spring has gone for him, talks about his second offer and who has come to see him throw.

Detroit Crockett's 6'6, 210-lb quarterback Brian Blackburn is chock full of potential, and now has his second offer, as Buffalo joined Central Michigan on his offer list.

"I got that Sunday," he said. "I'll probably take a visit in the summer. I've been looking them up on the Internet and stuff."

A lot of schools have been through to see him throw this spring.

"Penn State, Michigan, Central Michigan, Colorado, Washington State, Bowling Green, and Indiana [have been in]. Vanderbilt, I've been talking to Vanderbilt a lot and I've been talking to the Michigan coaches. They both like me a lot. They've been inboxing me on Facebook."

The Wolverines made it clear as to where Blackburn stands on their board.

"They said they'll offer me once the top guys they already offered...if they fall through."

Blackburn says the only camp he knows he will be at for sure is the Sound Mind, Sound Body camp. He is hoping he can build on his performance at last weekend's Elite 11 and NIKE Camp.

"I think I did pretty good. I still have stuff I want to improve on. I want to work on everything really; being more consistent."
