Parks set to announce Friday

Ricky Parks has been talking about committing to the school of his choice for around two months and he is finally ready to announce his choice.

Ricky Parks is a 6-foot-4, 231 pound tight end out of Callaway High School in Hoganville, Ga. and he will be announcing his college choice Friday afternoon at 5pm ET.

The announcement will take place at Callaway High School and he will select Alabama, Auburn, or Georgia.

Parks has visited all three schools numerous times and he has made his decision.

Scout ranks Parks as the number two tight end in the country and the number 88 overall prospect.

Chad Simmons started out with Scout in 2003 covering top talent in Georgia and other areas in the South. He then moved on to another Recruiting Service from 2004-2008 before returning to Scout the first of 2009 to become Southeast Recruiting Manager.
