This comes to no surprise after his all-state junior season, when he caught 45 passes for 1,347 yards and scored eight touchdowns.
"I did verbally commit to USC but I am still looking," said Rogers. "I am keeping my options open. I am also looking at Arizona State and Washington. I am still young, so I want to explore other colleges and take my trips."
What is this talented athlete looking to find in a program?
"First are academics, and second is the weather, I like it warm. I don't like the cold. Ultimately, whoever is going to take care of me the most is where I am going to go," said Rogers.
Rogers discussed what other programs are catching his eye.
"It's an honor to play in the Pac-12. All of the Pac-12 schools stand out to me, and it would be nice to stay close to home. The SEC stands out to me as well, it is kind of far but if they treat me right and if I like it out there, I would probably make that move."
According to Rogers, nothing is official until signing day.
"After I have taken all five of my official visits, Signing Day is when I am going to make my final decision," said Rogers.
This summer Rogers is planning on narrowing down his schools and getting to see a couple of his favorite Pac-12 programs in person.
