"We came down here on a plane," said White of his travels. "We came to win some games and get this championship."
The trip to the sunshine state is the latest in several excursions this summer.
"I have been to about ten camps," said James. "I have been to Northwestern, Cincinnati, Iowa and a few more.
"After this, I am going to get some rest and start getting ready with my team for the season."
A few schools have shown some pretty serious interest in the Detroit standout and he expects that interest to grow.
"I have offers from Bowling Green and Akron," said James. "I am really hoping that I get that Michigan State offer.
"I think Iowa may offer me too. They say they like my size and speed."
White has a good idea about the type of program he is looking for.
"I want to go to a good size school," said James. "I am looking for a medium size school that's not too big or too small.
I want to play for a good coaching staff and I am going to look at the graduation rates of everybody."
