"I'm trying to stay in the state," says the 6-foot-4, 315 pounder. "I am open to all five schools."
"East Carolina was recruiting me hard, but my recruiting coach left the school. I am also going to the North Carolina State and North Carolina camps this summer. None of them have said anything about an offer yet."
Virginia likes Terry as well, but on the defensive side of the ball as a tackle.
"I want to stay on the offensive side, but I think I could be a factor in the defensive scheme they were talking about."
So what exactly is Terry's reasoning for wanting to stay near his home?
"My church is right between Raleigh and Winston Salem, and I play the organ," Terry answers. "I have been playing since I was 9 or 10 years old, and I want to play on Sundays after games."
