PHOENIX (July 27, 2011) – JuniorRank Sports has unveiled the names of the first round of players to commit to the highly-anticipated inaugural Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl. The East versus West gridiron matchup, presented in partnership with the United States Marine Corps, will feature 100 of the nation's most highly recruited high school football players and is slated to take place on January 3, 2012, in Phoenix, at the height of bowl season.

"The players selected represent not only impressive athletic talent, but strong character, commitment and academic performance," said Shaon Berry, Semper Fidelis Bowl founder and CEO of JuniorRank Sports. "Although we're showcasing these young men on the football field, we're also setting the precedent that off-the-field performance is equally as important."

Athletes committed to the inaugural Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl come from around the country, and will be playing on Saturdays for some of the nation's most respected college football programs.

The Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl, proudly presented by JuniorRank Sports and the United States Marine Corps, will air on CBS Sports Network Jan. 3, 2012, at 4 p.m. MST, from Phoenix.
