Marshall, a three-star prospect, committed following an unofficial visit to the Lawrence, Kan. campus last weekend.
Boasting and impressive offer list, he cited his close relationship with lead recruiter Robert Wimberly as one of the key factors in his decision.
"I'm locked in," he said. "I'm locked in. I know that schools are still going to be trying to pursue me, but I'm just going to have to be a man about it and let them know I'm a Jayhawk."
