"I have the speed and instincts to get to the ball in a hurry and I make the play once I get there," he said.
Joseph, 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds, projects better as a safety in college because of his overall size and athletic package.
"I'll do whatever gets me on the field," he said. "If that means playing safety, I'm down."
Six schools currently jump out to him right now.
"The ones I like most are Florida, UCF, Tennessee, West Virginia, Cincinnati, and South Carolina," he said. "All of those schools have offered me and seem like good places. I went to Florida's camp as a team and didn't get to talk to them much but the DB coach told me they're watching me and things like that, that he'll keep in touch."
The standout DB prospect said he's not ready to make a decision anytime soon.
"I definitely wanna take my visits, compare these schools, and find out which one is best for me," he said. "I'm taking my time and now getting focused for my senior season."
