HINESVILLE, Ga. - Chester Brown is the most recent prospect to commit to Georgia and the UGA offer brought him to tears. He talks about where he came from, his heritage, and more with Scout here.

Chester Brown is originally from the South Pacific, but he and his family now resides in Hinesville, Ga. Before living in Georgia, he lived in Long Beach, California. Brown's parents wanted to get Chester in the best situation to succeed and he talked about his moves, where he is from, his heritage, and more in this interview with Scout.

Chad Simmons started out with Scout in 2003 covering top talent in Georgia and the South. He then moved on to another Recruiting Service from 2004-2008 before returning to Scout the first of 2009 to become South Recruiting Manager. After less than three years, Simmons was promoted to National Recruiting Analyst in July 2011.
