T.C. Klusman Ready for the Opener
Head coach Charlie Strong picked up a huge verbal commitment from 6'4 and 275-pound offensive linemen T.C. Klusman back in June. The Cincinnati (OH) Elder High School standout is ready to take on Centerville High School as the season is set to begin for Elder this coming up weekend. "Our first game is this weekend at Centerville. I can't wait to prove myself against a defensive end (Ifeadi Odenigbo)who can go anywhere in the country. It should be a good test for me and the team. We need to stop the run and pick up the blitz." Odenigbo is a 6'3 1/2 220-pound outside linebacker/defensive end with offers from California, Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Stanford and UCLA to name a few. Odenigbo: "I have a quick first step and great anticipation. I have great movement off the ball and I play very hard. I'm a great pass rusher too. "I want to improve my leg strength and my core strength. I think my upper body is pretty good. "I'm also working on getting faster and just understanding the game better."
