Florida DT getting looks
Michael Minns is part of a very good Dwyer team that is trying to replace some very good graduated players. They started their season a few days ago. "We played on ESPN in our first game and lost to Glades Central, I was playing both sides of ball. I made a few good plays, I had about four pancakes on offense." Minns, 6-foot-1 and 290 pounds, projects as a defensive tackle in college and talked about the recruiting process. "Miami, Texas A&M, USF, Florida, West Virginia, and Marshall have all contacted me recently," he said. "They all pretty much say the same thing, that they will be watching me." Minns, who says Marshall has already offered, isn't ready to single out any favorites yet. "All the schools are about even right now, I'm just focusing on doing good in school and doing my job on the field and I know my coaches will do what they can and I will end up at the right school." Minns, who claims a 2.7 GPA and hasn't reported a test score yet, doesn't have any visits set yet. Right now I don't have any official visits scheduled yet but I should be getting on those pretty soon."
