Tates Creek
Junior Dennis Oxendine had 25 carries for 184 yards with a score in addition to a 39 yard touchdown pass Friday night. Tates Creek beat Henry Clay 21-14.
L.J. Warfield
Running Back
Bryan Station
L.J. Warfield rushed for 152 yards and caught three passes for 115 yards. He had four total touchdowns for Bryan Station in their 40-19 win over Clark County.
William Johnson
Running Back – 5-10, 186 lbs
Lafayette
William Johnson accounted for 361 yards of offense and scored four touchdowns for Lafayette in their 35-26 win over Owensboro. He rushed for 255 yards and three touchdowns and caught two passes for 106 yards and a score.
Cameron Thomas
Running Back – 6-1, 180 lbs
East Jessamine
Cameron Thomas rushed for 261 yards and three touchdowns for East Jessamine in their 34-20 win over Dunbar. Thomas also added a 52 yard TD reception.
Patrick Towles
Quarterback – 6-5, 230 lbs
Highlands
Patrick Towles completed nine of 17 passes for 304 yards and three touchdowns in a 56-0 win over Louisville Western. Towles didn’t play after the second quarter.
Scooter Hollis
Quarterback – 6-1, 175 lbs
Bowling Green
Scooter Hollis was 6 of 9 passing for 195 yards and two touchdowns in Bowling Green’s 55-7 win over Henderson County. He also rushed for 44 more yards.
Tray Carr
Quarterback – 5-11, 185 lbs
Madisonville
Tray Carr had 198 yards passing on 5 of 6 throwing the ball and a touchdown. He also rushed for 35 yards on another carry with a score. Madisonville won 62-7 over Hopkinsville High.
DeMichael Jackson
Running Back – 5-11, 190 lbs
Jeffersontown
DeMichael Jackson had 247 yards rushing and five touchdowns. One of those five touchdowns was a 93 yard kickoff return. Jeffersontown defeated Shelby County 42-6.
Anthony Wales
Running Back – 5-10, 175 lbs
Louisville Central
Senior running back Anthony Wales rushed 28 times for 230 yards and a touchdown in Louisville Central’s 28-13 win over Ballard.
Caleb Pope
Running Back – 6-0, 183 lbs
Nicholas County
Caleb Pope had 12 carries for 190 yards and two touchdowns in the first half of Nicholas County’s 55-8 win over Berea. Pope and his team were up 44-0 in the first half.
