Manchester HS (Mich.) QB Nate Bossory has been having quite the junior season.
"My team is 4-0 now," Bossory said. "And I've thrown for 16 touchdowns and over 1000 yards."
And colleges are taking notice of the 2013 signal-caller.
He added, "And some others at the end of school last year.'
Since the beginning of September, he has added even more to his list.
"But since football season started I have received game invites from Mississippi State, Michigan State, Ball State, Indiana, and Duke," Bossory said. "And I think I will get more."
And he's already taken some visits.
"I already went to Indiana," Bossory said. "And I am going to Michigan State this weekend and Ball State soon."
On Bossory's recent trip to Indiana, he was impressed with the Hoosiers.
"Indiana was nice," Bossory said. "Their facilities were really nice, and the coaches I saw were interesting."
He continued, "And the game was exciting."
And he's got a special connection to the next school he will visit, Michigan State.
"My sister is on the rowing team up there," Bossory said of Michigan State. "I have already been to a football camp and have seen where they practice."
Bossory will make the trip to East Lansing to see the Spartans take on Central Michigan.
"I'm interested in how the team responds to a loss, how the coaches prepare them and their energy level on the sideline," Bossory said. "And I am excited to see more of their facilities." Even though the Manchester, Mich., has seen his recruiting process heat up recently, he still isn't ready to play favorites.
"I grew up a Wisconsin fan," Bossory said. "I have heard from them a little bit. But I don't have a favorite yet, I want to go somewhere where through their academics I'll be able to provide for my future."
Bossory is still unsure of when he might visit Duke and Mississippi State – and although he has yet to receive his first offer, he knows he is very close.
