Scout.com live evaluation: There is more to Nick than his family's famous bbq restaurant in Rendezvous. The two-way lineman was a pain in the rear end for South Panola's offense as he continually lived in their backfield. He is quick off of the ball for a man his size and shows good explosion and strength at the point of attack. We believe that he is better suited for defensive tackle than offensive tackle although most colleges are looking at Nick for offensive tackle. He will need to continue to work on his strength and explosion off of the ball but the tools are there.
