3. Euless Trinity (6-0)
Powerful up front on both sides of the ball. Regulars season schedule is not as tough as some of the other top teams.

4. Lake Travis (5-0)
This team is great on both sides and is poised to make a fifth straight title run.
Next: 10/7 @ Vandergrift (4-1)

5. DeSoto (5-0)
There may not be a team with more talent on its roster. Considered by many to be the team to beat.
Next: 10/7 vs. North Mesquite (4-1)

6. Dallas Skyline (5-0)
Has been just blowing teams out, but faces the stiffest left on its pre-playoff schedule this week.

7. Brenham (5-0)
Does a weak district schedule end up hurting Brenham come playoff time?
Next: @ Spring Woods (1-4)

8. Cibolo Steele (5-0)
Last year's state champs are showing a lot of poise by winning tough contest after tough contest.

9. Longview (4-1)
The Lobos will have another tough tilt ahead, but should be battle tested by playoff time.

10. Port Arthur Memorial (5-0)
A powerful offense with legit playmakers. Making its debut on the list with the toughest game on the 2011 schedule right in front of them.
