After defeating Eastern Michigan and going to 2-0 in the MAC, Toledo landed two of the top prospects on their board this weekend as Chicago Kenwood defensive end Phillip Martin and Pittsburgh Central Catholic running back Damion Jones-Moore pledged to the Rockets.
Martin was a sleeper find this summer who began hearing from BCS schools after the Rockets offered. At 6'4, 255-lbs, he has great size and plays with an aggressive style. He is a three-star prospect currently.
Jones-Moore, a 5'7, 175-lber with 4.49 speed is a compact, powerful back from one of that area's top talent producing programs. He joins a teammate, Juwan Haynes on the Rocket commitment list.
