Wargo Makes The Call

Youngstown State added the commitment of Walsh Jesuit quarterback Nick Wargo last weekend. The senior pledged to the Penguins while visiting for the game against South Dakota State. Wargo has led Walsh Jesuit to a 5-1 record to date, and the school is ranked number five in the latest computer rankings.

Head coach Eric Wolford and the Youngstown State Penguins picked up a big commitment over the weekend with the news that Walsh Jesuit senior quarterback Nick Wargo had pledged to the school.

"Nick did commit to Youngstown State over the weekend," stated Jim Ballard, president of Air It Out, Inc. Ballard is the personal quarterback trainer for Wargo and several other top prospects.

Wargo is a classic, pro-style quarterback, and the 6-foot-3, 220-pound, senior has led Walsh Jesuit to a 5-1 record to date. He is in his first season as a starter, and has his team ranked as the number-five team in Ohio in Division-II, Region-V.
