Scout.com live evaluation: It is easy to see why the Razorbacks wanted to take this young man as he has natural ball skills and football speed. Cowan is not going to blow you away with speed but he has just enough speed to cause separation and can go up and get the ball. He will need to work on his consistency on catching the ball but he is a solid D1 prospect.
