Name: Brayden Kearsley
School: Beaverton (Ore.) Aloha
Position: Offensive Line
Size: 6-5, 270-pounds
Class: 2013
Recruitment: Committed to BYU
Scout.com Ranking: Scout 100 for Class of 2013, Four-Star
Scout.com Evaluation: What impressed us the most about Kearsley is that he played with the same intensity, and nasty, throughout the game, even as the game was getting away from the defending champions- in shocking fashion. Kearsley played nearly every snap- seeing action as both a tackle and as a defensive linemen. He looked good on defense, with a good motor and ability to play with a low pad level and get off the ball. At offense, where he'll play in college, he looked most comfortable and most dominant. He keeps his feet chopping the whole time and his drive-blocking skills are tremendous. There is a reason why Kearsley is considered one of the premier linemen in the West in the 2013 class and in the Scout 100.
