Game Highlights: 4-star OT J.J. Denman

J.J. Denman

FAIRLESS HILLS, Pa. -- Four-star offensive tackle J.J. Denman of Pennsbury High changed his commitment from Penn State to Wisconsin eight days ago, so Scout.com went out to the Falcons' game this weekend to capture video and show the Badgers fans what they are getting.

FAIRLESS HILLS, Pa. -- Pennsbury High's J.J. Denman looked a little rusty playing left tackle Saturday night, and for good reason.

The 6-foot-6, 300-pound Denman was playing center this season because of injuries, but moved to his familiar left tackle spot (with a few plays at right tackle) in a win against Council Rock South (Holland, Pa.).

Despite not playing the position this season, the four-star Denman showed why he is one of the top offensive lineman in the country and what the Wisconsin commit will be bringing to Madison, Wisc.

Denman is explosive at the snap, stays low to win the leverage battles and once he is engaged on a block it is over for the defender. He also gets to the second level quickly and plays to the whistle.

Since Pennsbury is a heavy run team, he doesn't pass block much, but he does move his feet very well and can slide quickly.
