Bilal Marshall - Miami Dade Christian - Quarterback
Marshall continued his strong play under center, completing 7-of-8 passes for 184 yards and three touchdowns Friday in a 55-8 blowout victory over Hollywood (FL) Sheridan Hills Christian. He also rushed once for 13 yards.
H.B. Rosser - Clarksville (TX) High - Athlete
It would be tough to find a player more integral to his team's success than H.B. Rosser in the Midlands region. The 5-foot-11, 170-pound athlete has done damage on both sides of the ball for the Tigers, and did so again Friday night in a 34-13 victory over Honey Grove (TX) High.
At quarterback, Rosser completed 5-of-10 passes for 76 yards and a pair of touchdowns – though he did throw a pair of touchdowns. He also rushed 12 times for 107 yards, with a long of 22.
Defensively, he racked up 10 total tackles - six solo and four assisted.
Seth Russell - Garland (TX) High - Quarterback
It wasn't a vintage Seth Russell performance, but Garland rolled anyway Friday night, defeating Garland (TX) Naaman Forest 47-17.
The 6-foot-2 quarterback completed 4-of-11 passes for 65 yards and an interception, and added four rushes for 18 yards on the ground.
Jordan Smith - Waco (TX) Reicher Catholic - Tight End
Smith and the Cougars fell Friday night to Cedar Hill (TX) Trinity Christian 21-13. Individual statistics were not available for the game.
De'Jon Wilson - Washington (D.C.) Woodson - Defensive End
