Seven of the eight current members of the Kansas Class of 2012 took to the gridiron in the last week - the lone exception being Overland Park (KS) Blue Valley West offensive tackle Brian Beckmann, who was held out due to injury. Phog.net checks in with how the future Jayhawks and their teams fared.

Brian Beckmann - Overland Park (KS) Blue Valley West - Tackle

The Jaguars lost Friday night to Overland Park (KS) Blue Valley Northwest, 41-17, putting an end to the season. Beckmann did not play due to injury.

Daniel Gray - Lauderdale Lakes (FL) Boyd Anderson - Cornerback

Gray and the Cobras defeated Pompano Beach (FL) Ely High on Monday night in a close one, 14-6. Individual stats for the game were not available.

Derek Keaton - Camden (AR) Fairview - Athlete

Keaton rushed seven times for 119 yards (17 ypc average) and a pair of touchdowns, with a long run of 36 yards. The Cardinals defeated Hot Springs (AR) High 42-14 Friday night.

Bilal Marshall - Miami Dade Christian - Quarterback

Marshall continued his strong play under center, completing 7-of-8 passes for 184 yards and three touchdowns Friday in a 55-8 blowout victory over Hollywood (FL) Sheridan Hills Christian. He also rushed once for 13 yards.

H.B. Rosser - Clarksville (TX) High - Athlete

It would be tough to find a player more integral to his team's success than H.B. Rosser in the Midlands region. The 5-foot-11, 170-pound athlete has done damage on both sides of the ball for the Tigers, and did so again Friday night in a 34-13 victory over Honey Grove (TX) High.

At quarterback, Rosser completed 5-of-10 passes for 76 yards and a pair of touchdowns – though he did throw a pair of touchdowns. He also rushed 12 times for 107 yards, with a long of 22.

Defensively, he racked up 10 total tackles - six solo and four assisted.

Seth Russell - Garland (TX) High - Quarterback

It wasn't a vintage Seth Russell performance, but Garland rolled anyway Friday night, defeating Garland (TX) Naaman Forest 47-17.

The 6-foot-2 quarterback completed 4-of-11 passes for 65 yards and an interception, and added four rushes for 18 yards on the ground.

Jordan Smith - Waco (TX) Reicher Catholic - Tight End

Smith and the Cougars fell Friday night to Cedar Hill (TX) Trinity Christian 21-13. Individual statistics were not available for the game.

De'Jon Wilson - Washington (D.C.) Woodson - Defensive End

Wilson recorded eight total tackles, including six solos, and forced a fumble in a 46-6 Friday night loss to Washington (D.C.) Friendship Collegiate Academy.
