Cooper Back From Tuscaloosa
Amari Cooper says the match up between Number One and Number Two lived up to the hype. Cooper wasn't as concerned with the outcome, however, as he was with the experience as a whole. He came away very impressed. "It was great," Cooper said. "Very exciting." He went on to say that the atmosphere in Tuscaloosa never disappoints. "It's always so great there. This was the craziest I've probably seen it but the fans are amazing." One of the reasons Cooper says he made his pledge to play at Alabama is because of a great coaching staff he feels he clicks with. He furthered some of those relationships yesterday. "I actually met with all of the coaches. That was really great to talk to everyone and not just my position coach. They all care." Of course, playing time was also a factor in Cooper's decision to roll with The Tide. He says conversations with Alabama coaches yesterday reinforced his feeling that he can see the field early. "They said I will have a good opportunity to play early because they are in need of wideouts." Cooper's trip to Tuscaloosa was an unofficial visit.
