We are proud to honor all of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl players and congratulate each of them on their selection.”

The 6-foot-2, 190-pounder bolsters an impressive roster for the U.S. Army All-American contest. He is currently rated as the #8 safety in the country by, making him a four-star prospect.

McNeil is committed to Tennessee, but is considering taking post-season official visits.

Scout Eval: A big safety prospect who has been one of the best players on the field since a very young age. He is the defensive leader of his team and is a head-hunter from the safety position. He is very aggressive against the run and will deliver big blows to receivers attempting to go across the middle. Because of his size, length and speed he can cover a lot of ground as a safety, but is physical and tough enough to also play in the box.
