Toran Davis Commits

Toran Davis is a safety out of Georgia and he has committed to the Ohio Bobcats.

Toran Davis is a 5-foot-11, 185 pound safety out of Southwest Dekalb High School in Decatur, Ga. and he has committed to Ohio.

"I just committed to Ohio," Davis told Scout Wednesday night. "I committed to Coach Jimmy Burrows and I will be playing safety for them.

"I felt I was good fit in their defense and I feel their academics are highly regarded. They know how to win championships too."

Davis plans to take his official visit to Ohio in January.

Chad Simmons is currently a National Recruiting Analyst for FOX Sports/Scout. He started with Scout in 2003 and then moved on to another Recruiting Service from 2004-2008 before returning to Scout the first of 2009 to become South Recruiting Manager.
