Eddie Goldman (6'4/315) of Friendship High School in Washington, D.C. is one of the most physically gifted big men in the nation. He's rated 5-Stars by Scout as he alternates between defensive end and defensive tackle for his team. 

Goldman is quick off the ball and has a powerful interior rush. At times he gets sacks by simply pushing his blocker into the backfield and collapsing the pocket on top of the quarterback.

He also shows off good athleticism when the quarterback escapes the pocket and Goldman is forced to chase him down. 

Goldman has offers from all across the country and has already visited Florida State, Alabama, and Auburn, and he still has trips planned to Cal and Miami (the latest).

Scott began with Scout as the Southeast Regional Manager in 2002. In addition to his recruiting responsibilities, Scott developed and ran the National Scout Combine series from 2005 thru 2008. Scott has been Director of Scouting since 2006 and oversees the Recruiting Rankings for Scout.
