Terrell Committed to Eagles
6-foot-4, 320 pound senior Darien Terrell felt like there was no need to wait any longer. The left tackle out of Ohio decided to commit to Eastern Michigan. "I like Coach Kurt Anderson a lot. I visited the campus and really liked how the coaches treated me. The team did pretty well this year and are turning the program around." Before committing to the Eagles, Terrell made his way visiting different schools around the Midwest. "I took a lot of visits during the year. I looked at West Virginia a lot and I went to the Illinois vs Ohio State game." This past weekend, the senior took his official visit to Eastern Michigan and had a great time. "My visit went great. It was great meeting with Coach English and just interacting with the different players. The campus was extremely nice and you can tell that the university has put a lot of money into new buildings and the football facilities." Terrell says he's relieved to have his recruitment out of the way and to know where he'll be going next year. "I feel great. It's like a weight is lifted off of my shoulders."
